Selected Reserve Incentive Requirements: Army Regulation AR 135-7, dated 15 April 1996, Incentive Programs, governs these requirements.

Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) – Enlistment/Reenlistment/Affiliation Bonuses/Student Loan Repayment

Non-Prior Service/Prior Service Enlistment Bonus

IAW AR 135-7, Chapter 2 and 2.1, all enlistment bonuses are subject to recoupment or termination, as appropriate, due to acceptance in a civilian position where membership in the Selected Reserve is a condition of employment.

Reenlistment/Extension Bonus. IAW AR 135-7, Chapter 4, all reenlistment/Extension bonuses are subject to recoupment of termination, as appropriate, due to acceptance in a civilian position where membership in the Selected Reserve is a condition of employment.

Affiliation Bonus. IAW AR 135-7, Chapter 5, all Affiliation Bonuses are subject to recoupment or termination, as appropriate, due to acceptance in a civilian position where membership in the Selected Reserve is a condition of employment.

Student Loan Repayment. IAW AR 135-7, Chapter 5.1, all Student Loan Repayment annuities are subject to termination due to acceptance in a civilian position where membership in the Selected Reserve is a condition of employment.
