Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965) is a voice actor known primarily for his work in anime dubs and video games.

Fans of Cartoon Network's Toonami can recognize Blum's voice as the TOM, the block's robotic host. He was also recently heard in a Geico commercial and a 7-Eleven commercial.
