Stephen Stich is a professor of Philosophy at Rutgers University. Stich's current views are described in more recent publications, and his interests in philosophy are the philosophy of mind, epistemology and morality. As a former eliminative materialist, Stich's book, "From Folk Psychology to Cognitive Science: The Case Against Belief" has received much attention. Stich is also currently an honorary professor at the department of Philosophy in the University of Sheffield.
