Stanlow Refinery is part of Shell Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, United Kingdom. The refinery dates back to 1924.

Crude oil is received at the Tranmere Oil Terminal on the Mersey and is transferred via a 15 mile pipeline to storage at Stanlow. Output is delivered by pipeline (40%) via the UKOP pipeline, road (30%) and (30%), via the Manchester Ship Canal.
