The spleen meridian is a yin meridian. It runs from approximately the bottom corner on the big toe closest to the inside. It ends at under the armpit about 5-6 inches down. Spleen is a 21 point organ.

Spleen runs from the starting point on the toe to the side of the foot, then up to the ankle. It then runs up the leg to below the inside of the knee. It runs through the pelvic crease and then up to the area below the clavical. It then runs down to approximately 5-6 inches below the arm pit.

Spleen 6 is located approximately 2 inches above the ankle on the inside of the body. Spleen 6 is considered an important pressure point because you can also activate the liver, and the kidney meridian at the same time. Pregnant women should be cautious because if Spleen 6 is stimulated, labor can be induced.
