The South Pacific is an area in the southern Pacific Ocean. The term may refer to:

  • Australasia, the area that includes Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea, and the many smaller islands in the vicinity, most of which are the eastern part of Indonesia
  • Oceania, a geographical (often geopolitical) region consisting of numerous countries and territories—mostly islands—in the southern Pacific Ocean
