Slamboree was a PPV event in World Championship Wrestling from 1993 through 2000 that was held in the month of May. It was originally billed "The Legends Reunion" because many retired legends from Jim Crockett Promotions would attend the PPV and other events scheduled for that weekend. The first three Slamboree's saw inductions into the WCW Hall of Fame during the PPV. They also included matches with the legends participating.

1993: A Legends Reunion

• Legends match : Dory Funk, Jr. fought Nick Bockwinkel to a 15-minute time limit draw
• Rick Rude and Paul Orndorff def. Dustin Rhodes and Kensuke Sasaki
• Sting def. The Prisoner
• WCW World Tag Team Championship : The Hollywood Blondes (Brian Pillman and "Stunning" Steve Austin (champions) def. Dos Hombres (Ricky Steamboat and Tom Zenk) to retain the title. Zenk substituted for Shane Douglas, who had left WCW prior to the PPV.
• NWA World Heavyweight Championship : Barry Windham (champion) def. Arn Anderson to retain the title
• WCW World Heavyweight Championship : Davey Boy Smith defeated Vader (champion) by disqualification; because he lost by DQ, Vader retains the title.

Notes

1. Bischoff challenged McMahon, the chairman of the then-WWF (WCW's main competitor), to a match at Slamboree 1998. McMahon never replied to Bischoff's challenge and did not show up at the WCW event. The "match" was held anyway, with Bischoff winning by default due to McMahon's absence.
