The Silings or Silingi (Latin: Silingae, Greek Σιλίγγαι - Siliggai) were an East Germanic tribe living somewhere in Cenral Europe, and later a subdivision of the Vandals.

According to Klaudius Ptolemeus the Silingi lived in what was once called Magna Germania, south of the Suebi-Semnones between middle Elbe and upper Weser rivers.

Next They where part of the migratory movements of the Vandals, into the Iberian peninsula and later on to North Africa.
