Shannon McNeill, better known as Nitro Girl Baby in the professional wrestling world, was a dancer for the WCW Nitro Girls.

Shannon McNeill was born on September 15, 1976 in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in special education. She was a Charlotte Hornets Basketball Team (Honeybee) cheerleader before becoming a member of the Nitro Girls in WCW in 2000.

For a few months in 2000, she was also the valet, along with Nitro Girl Chameleon for "Champagne" Chris Kanyon.

She was also one of Stacy Keibler's bridesmaids in the "wedding" that fell apart with David Flair in September. She left the Nitro Girls and WCW near the end of 2000 to go back to college.
