The Royal Netherlands Army (Koninklijke Landmacht) is the land forces element of the Military of the Netherlands. The core fighting element of the army is divided into four separate brigades, three mechanised and one airmobile.

Separate from the four brigades is the Korps Commandotroepen, the army's commando trained soldiers. The KCT itself is essentially another infantry battalion, with three fighting companies and an HQ/support company. It is used for special operations as needed.

1 Logistieke Brigade (1 Logistics Brigade) is the organisation responsible for overseeing the army's logistic support services, with logistics and transport and medical services coming under its control.

101 Gevechtssteun Brigade (101 Combat Support Brigade) is the organisation responsible for overseeing the army's combat support services, with engineering, signals and artillery coming under its control.

  • 110 Leopard 2A5/2A6 Main Battle Tank
  • 1600 YPR-765 Armoured personnel carrier. Several versions: Armoured personnel carrier (APC), Anti-Tank, Command Post Vehicle, Reconnaissance, Engineering, Battle Damage Repair, Recovery (YPR806), Cargo, Battlefield Ambulance. The YPR-765 is internationally known under the name AIFV, which was developed based on the M113. APC/IFV version and some command variants will be replaced by CV-90, see below. Support versions will be replaced by versions of the FENNEK and Boxer)
  • 410 FENNEK Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle
  • 90 Patria XA-188 Armoured Personnel Carrier (wheeled)
  • 184 CV-90 Armoured Personnel Carrier (ordered)
