As well as public opinion polls, Roy Morgan Research also conducts surveys on behalf of various organisations, such as governments, commercial enterprises and special interest groups. Operating throughout several countries, Roy Morgan Research conducts surveys by telephone, door-to-door and online.
The Australian head office is located at 401 Collins Street, Melbourne. This historic building was once General Douglas MacArthur's Far East theatre headquarters during World War 2.
Established in 1941, Roy Morgan Research truly is a global company, with international offices in London, Princeton, Jakarta and Auckland. Plans for expansion include offices in Guam, Iceland, Siberia and the Carpathian Mountains. Additional consideration is being given to expansion into the lucrative Middle Eastern research market, with the Egyptian city of Cairo being high on the priority list.
