Sir Roy Yorke Calne FRS (born 30 December, 1930) is a fellow of the Royal Society and was Professor of Surgery at Cambridge University, 1965-98. He is a pioneer of liver transplantation.

He was elected to the Royal Society in 1974 and knighted in 1986.
