It's interesting to note that unlike Jason, Burns was mortal, and yet inexplicably withstood the blow from a very large tractor.
Burns seemed to have an affinity for eyes, as many of his victims had their eyes gouged out in some manner.
Burns' actions almost sent Tommy Jarvis to take up copycat killings himself, his mind damaged after having killed Burns, but Tommy was stopped and treated by unknown means, to the extent that in Jason Lives, Tommy appeared relatively stable, albeit driven by an extreme hatred of Jason. To date, nothing more on Burns has been mentioned, although he may have been influential to a police officer in Freddy vs. Jason for thinking that the recent murders in Elm Street were the work of a copycat killer and not Jason himself.
