Rousettus is a genus of Old World fruit bats. They are sometimes referred to as dog-faced fruit bats, or flying foxes. The genus is a member of the suborder Megachiroptera. The genus consists of 9 species that range over most of Africa to southeast Asia, and the islands of the south Pacific.

• Leschenault's Rousette, Rousettus leschenaulti (Desmarest, 1820) - India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong
• Madagascar Rousette, Rousettus madagascariensis (Grandidier, 1928) - Madagascar
• Comoro Rousette, Rousettus obliviosus (Kock, 1978) - Comoro Islands
• Bare-backed Rousette, Rousettus spinalatus (Bergmans & Hill, 1980) - Sumatra and Borneo
