Richard Møller Nielsen (born August 19, 1937), nick-named Ricardo, is a Danish former football (soccer) player and current football manager. His greatest triumph came when he coached the Danish national football team which surprisingly won the 1992 European Championship (Euro 1992) tournament. In 1995, he was knighted as Knight 1st Degree of the Order of the Dannebrog

Møller Nielsen played as an active footballer in Odense BK, and was capped twice for Denmark as a defender. He stopped his career prematurely due to injury. He coached, among others, Esbjerg fB, Odense BK and the Danish national youth team under head coach Sepp Piontek. In 1990 he took the job as national head coach, which he held for six years. He left his position subsequent to the tournament, and went on to coach the Finland and Israel national football teams. Afterwards he managed the Danish second division team Kolding FC where he stopped in October 2003.
