Richard A. Miller is a researcher at the University of Michigan Medical School. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Yale and did his postdoctoral work at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA and Sloan Kettering in NYC.

Miller's early work focused on age-related changes in the immune system. He is currently investigating age-related changes in immune function but also has a strong interest in the genetics of aging, as well as long-lived mouse models.

He currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife Patsy and his two children. In his spare time he enjoys theater and photography.
