It was home to a large proportion of Italian and European Settlers and in the later years, had a major Asian influx. Today Reservoir is a expanding suburb with standard brick homes, and a high number of new developments. The region contains popular recreation areas and facilities, and is home to the Edwards Street and Broadway shopping strips.
