Rampage 2: Universal Tour is the third game in the series of four. The first was Rampage that came out for the arcade, then Midway Games came out with World Tour, and then Rampage 2: Universal Tour, the latest addition to the series is Rampage Total Destruction which comes out Spring of 2006. The monsters were created by Scumlabs International which for their cover up is saying they are a soft drink company. The monsters are humans turned into monsters by drinking Scumlabs International "drink".

You can play up to 3 people at a time your monster choices are a Curtis, a fast mouse, Boris, a powerful rhino, and Ruby, who is just an all around giant lobster. You go around eating people, kicking cars, fighting the military, and destroying everything. You attempt to rescue the three monsters from Rampage World Tour who have been captured for the world to see. Shortly after, aliens appear and try to take over the world. You fight them until you arrive at Area 51, where you free an alien monster named Myukus, who has two alternate versions; a low-stat, green monster named Noobus, and a stronger and purple version named Big Al. The rest of the game deals with the monsters' adventure through outer space.
