The Qinling Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca qinlingensis) is a subspecies of the Giant Panda, named by science in 2005. The first Giant Panda subspecies recognised, it differs from the more familiar variety by its brown fur, and smaller skull.

This subspecies is restricted to the Qinling Mountains, at elevations of of 1300–3000m.
