A President of the Executive Council is the presiding officer of an Executive Council (and by extension, the cabinet) in Commonwealth governments. The term may specifically refer to:—

• The President of the Executive Council of the Irish Free State (the Free State's head of government)
• A Premier of a Canadian Province

In some cases this office was held by the Governor, e.g. Cayman Islands ^*" target="_blank" >and Hong Kong.^*
