Perdido Key, Florida is a census-designated place located in Escambia County, Florida, outside the Pensacola city limits near the community of Warrington. As of 2000, Perdido Key had a population of 8,000.

Perdido Key is known for its beachfront homes, which cater to many upper-middle class residents. Hurricane Ivan destroyed much of Perdido Key in 2004.

Approximately 60% of Perdido Key is government park land, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Perdido Key State Park.
