Penedos de São Pedro e São Paulo are a group of islands which belong to Brazil. They are located in the Atlantic Ocean. They were visited by Charles Darwin in 1832 while on the HMS Beagle. The largest of these "rocks" are only a few hundred meters long and represent one of the few places in the world where an underwater oceanic ridge rises above the surface of the water.
