Osterville is a village in the city of Barnstable, Massachusetts. Located on the south side of Barnstable, Osterville is primarily residential and includes inlets and harbors for fishing and boating and a small business district.

In the summer, Osterville thrives due to a predominantly seasonal make-up of it's residents. Many maintain a second house in the area while spending most of their time in Greater Boston.

Recreational activities usually consist of playing golf, tennis or boating during the day. Three select clubs, the Wianno Club, the Oyster Harbors Club and the Wianno Yacht Club keep the residents active. At night, the village boasts an unusually busy nightlife. Wimpy's, Five Bays Bistro or Keepers in Crosby Yacht Yard are always packed for dinner while the Fox Hole and lively Joe's Twin Villa attract the party crowd.
