OminPay buy and sell e-gold in exchange for fiat currency and a transaction fee. They also allow clients to exchange one e-metal for another (e.g. changing e-gold into e-silver, e-platinum or e-palladium) at spot prices with no bid/offer spread.
OmniPay's fees for exchanging fiat currency into e-gold are two percent.
