National Association of Schools of Art and Design, known as NASAD for short, is an organisation of colleges, schools and universities. It sets standards for graduate and undergratuate degrees. Institutions complete a peer review process to become accredited. NASAD should not be confused with regional accreditation.
Many United States Art schools are accredited by NASAD, including Pratt Institute and MassArt.
