According to The Encyclopedia of International Boundaries there is one enclave within the Omani Madha exclave, named Nahwa, belonging to the Emirate of Sharjah.

According to a Madha shopkeeper in November 2002, the tiny Sharjah exclave of Nahwa is about 8 km on a dirt track towards the west from the town of New Madha. It consisted of around 40 houses with its own clinic, telephone exchange. The shopkeeper also said that the Omani territory is fairly undeveloped and empty, whereas Nahwa has some development on it.

While the situation is uncommon, Nahwa isn't the only exclave in the world surrounded by another exclave; some exclaves of Dutch Baarle-Nassau are embedded in Belgian Baarle-Hertog exclaves and several exclaves along the India-Bangladesh border in Cooch-Behar are located inside one exclave of the other country.
