The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup is a series of mountain bike races held annually, and organised by the Union Cycliste Internationale. The first World Cup was held in 1991 for cross-country, downhill was added in 1993. In 1998 dual slalom was added, this was replaced with 4-cross in 2002.

Riders win points for their placing in each race, the leader in points at the end of the season wins the World Cup title.
