Morwenna Banks (born 1964 in Flushing, Cornwall, England) is a British actress and comedian.

She was a member of the Cambridge Footlights and is best known as a cast member of the British Channel 4 comedy series Absolutely!, where her best known character was a schoolgirl who sat on the edge of a scaled up desk to give the effect of making her look small.

She also has the shortest tenure of a repertory player on Saturday Night Live, as she was only on the show for the final four episodes of the 1994-1995 season.

She achieved international fame by appearing as The Keeper Of The Rules (who resides in Limbo) in several episodes of Sabrina, The Teenage Witch TV Series. She plays the voice of Clare Feeble, in Stressed Eric. She plays Mummy Pig on the children's animated series Peppa Pig. She voices the ship's computer in the tv series Hyperdrive.

She has a daughter, Dolly, born in 2001 and a son, Ezra, born in 2004, with her boyfriend David Baddiel.
