Monolith Productions is a Kirkland, Washington based computer game developer. Monolith is also known as being the developer of the graphical game engine, Lithtech, which they use for most of their games. The technology is currently developed by a sister-company, Touchdown Entertainment, which licenses the engine to others. In 2004 Monolith Productions was acquired by Time Warner, for its Warner Brother Interactives studio.
