Middle America may refer to:

• Middle America, a political reflection of those living in the interior of the continental United States by those living in its coastal areas; also, the American middle class, especially its traditional or conservative elements
• the Midwestern United States
• Middle America, a term used to describe a central region of the Americas: Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean collectively
• Mesoamerica, the area inhabited by the pre-Columbian empires that extended from central Mexico to parts of Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize
