Microscopic hematuria is the condition of having small amounts of blood in your urine. The quantities are too low to change the color of the urine (otherwise it is called frank hematuria). While not dangerous by itself, it can be a symptoms of chronic kidney diseases, such as IgA nephropathy which should be watched by a doctor.
