Mei Foo (美孚) is a KCR station located near Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Lai Chi Kok New Kowloon. It is an interchange station between the West Rail and the MTR Tsuen Wan Line. It is between Nam Cheong and Tsuen Wan West stations on the West Rail.

The station is located in the middle of Lai Chi Kok Park, slightly to the west of the MTR station. The scenery of the park was greatly destroyed during the construction of the station, but the park was subsequently rebuilt over the station complex. The West Rail station is a few minutes walk from the MTR station, making some West Rail users angry. Nevertheless, the station contributes to a large portion of West Rail usage, as well as improving the traffic conditions of some nearby housing estates originally unreached by the MTR station.

The 2 railway tracks are located adjacent to each other. The passenger must pick the correct escalator from the concourse to reach their desired platform.
