Mary Lambert (born ?) is an American director.

Lambert directed many of Madonna's music videos, including "Borderline", "Like A Virgin", "Material Girl", "La Isla Bonita", and "Like A Prayer". Her debut feature was the stylish controversial "Siesta," in 1987. Her subsequent projects steered toward the more commercial, emphasizing her connection to the pop music world.

Her sister is Senator Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas.
