Market Square shopping centre is located in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. The shopping centre was named after the original Market Square town square of Geelong on which the shopping centre is constructed.

The current shopping centre was developed in 1985 and officially opened by Victorian Premier John Cain. As of 2005, Market Square contains a Harris Scarfe discount department store. It also contains numerous speciality stores such as Sanity, Dymocks and Lincraft. Westfield Bay City, another major Geelong shopping complex, is located directly across the road from Market Square.
