Market Rasen () is a town in Lincolnshire, England within West Lindsey district. It is known for its racecourse, and has a population of about 3,000 people. It lies just off the A46, between Grimsby and Lincoln.
The local shops are currently under threat due to a Tesco store opening in Market Rasen.
A small brook flows through the town and can be crossed via Jameson Bridge and Crane Bridge.
Secondary school is De Aston which is a co-educational state school with approximately 1,100 pupils.
