MTASC (Motion-Twin ActionScript 2 Compiler) is an open-source ActionScript 2.0 compiler written in OCaml. It is either used standalone, or in combination with other open-source tools like swfmill to produce SWF files that can be used to publish interactive, multimedia content playable with the Flash Player. Among other things, MTASC claims to be significantly faster than the Macromedia Flash ActionScript compiler.
