The great Luke Ski is the stage name of Luke Sienkowski, a filk musician who writes, records and performs comedy music. (Note: the decapitalization of the word "great" in Sienkowski's stage name is his own preferred spelling, and the title has appeared as such on all of his albums to date.) He had the #1 most requested song on the Dr. Demento radio show in both the year 2002 and the year 2003.

Topics of his parodies have included The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Spider-Man, and Keanu Reeves. His parody songs are reminiscent of the pop music works of "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Since 1996, Luke has released numerous albums. He is a frequent performer at science fiction and gaming conventions. Luke is also an accomplished caricature artist.

Luke Ski also hosts the weekly show Dementia Revolution on Dementia Radio.

Luke portrayed P.T. Barnum on three episodes of The Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd.

Trivia

Luke tends to garner the most comparisons as possibly being "the next Weird Al" in the comedy music business, due to hitting Dr. Demento's #1 "Funny 25" spot two years in a row (2002, 2003) with different hits, a feat that, before him, only Weird Al had accomplished (1980, 1981) (Ogden Edsl did it two years in a row (1982, 1983) with a single song, that being "Dead Puppies").
