"Lua" is a single produced by Bright Eyes in October 2004. It, along with "Take It Easy (Love Nothing)" took the top two spots on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles Sales chart, something that had not been accomplished since 1997 with the release of two songs with Puff Daddy (which were "I'll Be Missing You" featuring Faith Evans and Puff Daddy featured, with *], on the Notorious B.I.G.'s "Mo Money Mo Problems). Originally appearing on the I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning album, the song deals with two struggling teens as they struggle through depression, addiction, and the interminable night. The song's theme is the irony of how what feels right during the night often turns out wrong in the morning. Conor Oberst appears alone on the track, on vocals and acoustic guitar.

This single is the 68th release of Saddle Creek Records.
