Los Lagos (Spanish "The Lakes") is Chile's tenth administrative region from north to south. It contains Chile's largest island, Chiloé, and largest lake, Lake Llanquihue. It borders Neuquen Province, Rio Negro Province and Chubut Province of Argentina. Its capital is Puerto Montt.

The province contains the narrowest point in the country.
