Lisa Hammer (born Lisa Houle April 4, 1967, in Salem, Massachusetts, USA) creates no-budget movies in a German Expressionist style (á la The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari). She has several video collections, including from the Broadway Musical" target="_blank" >*; Crawley, a collaboration with Ben Edlund, creator of The Tick, and Doc Hammer, writer for The Venture Bros.; and Turn of the Century, a public access television collaboration with Dame Darcy.

Hammer owns the production company Blessed Elysium and releases recordings from her band Mors Syphilitica (for which she is lead singer) via Projekt, a darkwave label. She also provides the voice of Triana Orpheus on the television series The Venture Bros.
