Linz am Rhein is a town and a municipality in the district of Neuwied, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated on the right bank of the river Rhine near Remagen, approx. 25 km southeast of Bonn. It is the sister city of Marietta, Georgia in the United States.

Linz is also the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Linz am Rhein, which consists of the following Ortsgemeinden ("local municipalities"):

• Dattenberg
• Kasbach-Ohlenberg
• Leubsdorf
• Linz am Rhein
• Ockenfels
• Sankt Katharinen
• Vettelschoß
