Lincoln City is a settlement in southwestern Indiana, located northeast of Evansville, that was laid out in 1872 on the site of Thomas Lincoln's farm. Nearby is the Nancy Hanks Lincoln Memorial, as well as the Lincoln log cabin, built in 1816.
