Lester Sterling, aka Mr Verstile is a Jamaican trumpet and sax player.

A founding member of The Skatalites, he is commonly overshadowed by well-known band members such as Tommy McCook, Jackie Mittoo or Don Drummond.

Lester is today still playing with the Skatalites, one of the current original members.
