Lennar Corporation is a Fortune 200 company based in Miami, Florida, United States. It was founded in 1954. This company builds homes throughout the United States including Florida, Texas, Arizona, California South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada and Colorado.

Its marketing platform of "EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED HOMES" means that a buyer does not have the inconveniences and additional costs when building a home, everything's included. These homes are built with all the luxuries that homebuyers want. Homes include GE appliances, and many come standard with granite slab kitchens and GE Monogram Stainless steel appliances. It has recently acquired former United States Navy bases and is redeveloping them. They include Mare Island and part of Angel Island. Lennar is one of the largest and most profitable homebuilders in the US. Lennar is traded on the NYSE (LEN) and (LNR). This company is run by Stuart Miller.
