Leland Hayward (September 13, 1902March 18, 1971) was a popular, powerful and wealthy Hollywood and Broadway agent and theatrical producer.

Born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, Hayward is best remembered as the producer of the Broadway stage production of The Sound of Music.

He was married to talented stage and screen actress Margaret Sullavan, Slim Hawks and Pamela Churchill (later Pamela Harriman). He fathered three children (Brooke, Bridget, and William), and was memorialized in daughter Brooke's family history written in 1976, entitled Haywire.

Hayward died in Yorktown Heights, New York in 1971.
