Konolfingen is a municipality in the canton of Bern, Switzerland, and is the capital of the district of Konolfingen. It is a relatively new commune, being formed from the union of Gysenstein and Stalden in 1933. Lying at an altitude of over 650 m, Konolfingen is often referred to as the 'gateway to Emmental'.
