Klumpke paralysis or Klumpke palsy is palsy of the brachial plexus.
It is an injury of childbirth affecting the spinal nerves C7, C8, and T1. It can be contrasted to Erb's palsy, which affects C5 and C6.
The risk is greater when the mother is small, or with a low birth weight.
