As of the census of 2000, there are 316 people, 128 households, and 88 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 28.1/km² (72.9/mi²). There are 147 housing units at an average density of 13.1/km² (33.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 97.78% White, and 2.22% from two or more races. 0.95% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 128 households out of which 30.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.3% are married couples living together, 13.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 30.5% are non-families. 28.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 14.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.47 and the average family size is 3.02.

In the CDP the population is spread out with 25.3% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 27.8% from 25 to 44, 25.9% from 45 to 64, and 14.6% who are 65 years of age or older.
