Kelowna Flightcraft is a charter airline employing over 1200 people head quartered in Kelowna, British Columbia. It operates air service mainly for Purolator. It has been in operation since 1970. Extensive aircraft maintenance is also a very important and large part of Flightcraft.
Flightcraft operates a fleet of over 40 aircraft, including: Convair 580s, Convair 5800s, Boeing 727s and an Israel IAI-1125 Astra SP. In the past it has leased aircraft to other Canadian airlines including Harmony Airways and Greyhound Air. On March 30, 2005, Flightcraft was awarded a $1.77 billion contract to lead a team of Canadian companies called Allied Wings provide primary flight training for the Canadian Forces Air Command at Southport.
Maintenance bases include the above with the addition of Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and St. John's.
