Kelly Services, based out of Troy, Michigan, is a company providing temporary staffing. Its workers have traditionally been known as "Kelly Girls", though this is now considered sexist since there are Kelly workers of both genders.

Kelly Services was originally founded by William Russell Kelly in 1946 and is the original staffing company. Since its founding, Kelly Services has branched out into several "professional" divisions including but not limited to: Kelly Automotive Services Group, Kelly Scientific Resources, Kelly Healthcare Resources, Kelly Homecare, Kelly Engineering Resources, Kelly IT Resources, Kelly Financial Resources, and Kelly Law Registry.
